Our Proven Process
Every blade we receive is treated with care and attention to detail. Before any work, we carefully inspect each knife to check for damage, blade condition, and the appropriate sharpening approach.
Next, the blade is thoroughly cleaned to remove oils, debris, and buildup so the sharpening process can be performed properly.
We then sharpen the blade using professional wet stone wheels. This method keeps the blade material cool during sharpening, preventing overheating and protecting the temper of the steel. Each knife is sharpened to the correct angle based on the blade’s style and its intended use.
After sharpening, we test the blade to ensure it has reached maximum sharpness and performs exactly as it should.
Finally, the knife is cleaned once more before it is returned to you, leaving it sharp, safe, and ready to use.
